Grenier Agency Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Go Pablo platform (“Service”) accessible at gopablo.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
We collect the following categories of information:
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in via Google or GitHub, we receive your public profile information from those providers.
Usage Data: We collect anonymized analytics data including pages visited, features used, and session duration. We use PostHog for product analytics with privacy-first configuration (no IP tracking, no form input capture).
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details on our servers. We retain only your Stripe Customer ID and subscription status.
User-Generated Content: Project descriptions, prompts, and generated artifacts you create within the platform are stored in our Supabase database and are associated with your account.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; process transactions and send billing notifications; send transactional emails (welcome, password reset, payment receipts); improve our AI generation quality and platform performance; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: Supabase (database and authentication hosting); Stripe (payment processing); Resend (transactional email delivery); OpenAI (AI generation — only anonymized prompts, never your personal data); Sentry (error tracking — only technical error data, never user content); PostHog (anonymized product analytics).
We implement industry-standard security measures including: encrypted data transmission (TLS 1.3); Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only access their own data; secure authentication via Supabase Auth with JWT tokens; Stripe PCI-DSS compliant payment processing.
Under GDPR, CCPA, and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and all associated data; export your data in a portable format; opt out of analytics tracking; withdraw consent at any time.
You can delete your account at any time from within the application settings. This action permanently removes all your data from our systems.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use optional analytics cookies (PostHog) that you can decline via our cookie consent banner. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data and user-generated content is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained for statistical purposes.
Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
