This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Grenier Agency Inc. (“Licensor”) for the use of the Go Pablo application (“Application”), available as a web application and as a mobile application on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
By installing, downloading, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.
The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal or business purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA and any applicable subscription plan.
You shall not:
The Application, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and shall remain the sole property of Grenier Agency Inc. This EULA does not convey any ownership interest in the Application. The Go Pablo name, logo, and the Pablo cat mascot are trademarks of Grenier Agency Inc.
You retain all rights to content you create, upload, or input into the Application. By using the Application, you grant the Licensor a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (including AI generation).
The Application may offer in-app purchases and subscription plans. All purchases are processed through the platform’s payment system (Stripe for web, Apple/Google for mobile). Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are described at the point of purchase. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your account settings or the respective app store.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference.
You may delete your account at any time from within the Application settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data, projects, and associated files will be permanently removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This action is irreversible.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION. THE LICENSOR’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APPLICATION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
This EULA is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this EULA at any time if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec, Canada.
